Virtual Office
This is an important service to many of our
small busy clients who spend much of their time away from
their own office environment. AHA provide a virtual office
with specific telephone lines and trained staff, enabling
the caller to feel fully confident that their query is being
dealt with, professionally and speedily, unaware that the
call to the head office has been diverted. Any written or
email responses are sent using the clients' stationery or
email address.

AHA is currently the home of several consumer
and professional care lines, related to both specific products
and services. With a team of highly trained telephonists, and
a bank of available telephone lines, AHA are able to provide
a superb service; handling queries, sending out materials, taking
bookings, and order taking and providing fulfilment where appropriate.
